ABOUT THE TEAM
The EQS Service team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the service and support of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, inventory management, preventative maintenance, break fix management, set up and installation of equipment.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The key objective of the EQS Field Service Technician role is to support the EQS team to provide high quality equipment to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of KPI’s within Equipment & Services department.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As the EQS Field Service Technician, the key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Service and Support – Infield service and support maintenance for Coca Cola Assets; Fridges, Post mix drinks dispensers, Post mix chillers, Frozen product dispensers, Grinders coffee equipment and more.
• Team work: Work within a team of Service Technicians across the Metro QLD area.
• Safety Behaviour - Safety audit completions.
• Beakon compliance – Report incidents, hazards and close out in timely manner.
• Equipment Quality - Ensure equipment is prepared for market.
• Inventory Management - Ensure Parts in Van and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule.
• Adherence to Process, Policies and use of IT Tools - Ensure standard work procedures are followed, correctly accounts for time at work using the appropriate Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos)
• Continuous Improvement project involvement - Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills.

• Minimum requirement:You hold a QLD Restricted Electrical licence or Refrigeration trade qualifications.
• You are available to be on the On-Call (coverage of all metro Brisbane)
• You hold a valid Australian Driver’s licence with an excellent record.
• You hold a current CPR certificate or can update within the probation period.
• Self-motivated and can work alone and independent.
• Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
• Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
