Business Process Management (BPML) Integration Lead

What do you become a part of -

  • The Business Process Management team supports the organization in implementing the strategy and running the operations with the process approach throughout the global organization.
  • This role is accountable for leading the Business Process Management for ALL Integration points within end-to-end processes and all cross functional processes within the scope of Business Process Management.
  • The role will also coordinate the automation roadmap plan across the organization
  • This role will be embedded into the Business Transformation Integration Workstream to ensure global standardisation and work closely with the Business Solutions Integration Lead.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and is not a technical integration role.
  • This role is both accountable and responsible for driving Integration Best Practice and Process Excellence for all end to end process areas as we operationalise all processes through Profectus ( Our Business Transformation Program).
  • In this role you will be both accountable and responsible for driving comprehensive integration across standard business processes for both central functions and business units and ensure our business processes integrate seamlessly.
  • Through a deep understanding of Business Operations, you will ensure Business processes are cohesively linked and documented. Business Process Integration relates to:
    • Business Activity (ex: Put pallet onto truck, Calculate the cost of goods…)
    • Business Information (ex: Notification of delivery, Notification of Month End Closing Period…)
  • You will form effective relationships with virtual team of respective Business Process Owners / Manager / Subject Matter Expert. You will be the End to End custodian, on behalf of the business, for End to End business process integration and work closely with
  • the integration architect.
  • You will establish and lead the Business Process Management Integration Excellence for all process areas within a matrix structure.
  • You will ensure that CCEP has clearly defined cross functional processes. This includes end to end Process architecture and process standards and accountability to ensure the processes are systematically developed.
  • You will play a critical role in supporting and actively influencing Senior Management as key contributor and strategic partner and be a single point of contact for all process integration points in our business transformation.

What you will do –

  • End to End Design, execute, document, measure, monitor, and control of Cross Functional End to End business processes models.
  • Overall Accountability for our Integrated Scenarios including (a) identifying the updates to be made, (b) making sure we have completeness in the scenarios, (c) making sure that they are successfully maintained in Signavio for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.
  • End to End control of all process integration points.
  • Ensuring business readiness before the implementation of new End to End business processes and technology solutions from a business process integration perspective.
  • Establish and continuously develop End to End virtual team as integrated tower across business & BPT with right level of skills capabilities and leadership.
  • Ensure the integration content of the common End to End Process Model, End to End Process Governance Model, Design Principles are updated maintained within Business Process Management Tools within BPM structured way of working (“Business Process Management as a Service”).
  • Establish and further develop capabilities for rapid design, simulation and implementation of process improvement initiatives within cross functional End to End
  • Preparation and Proposal of decisions from End to Ends to CCEP Design Authority and represent Business Process Management cross functionally as member in the DA.
  • Provide leadership and leadership development to diverse and/or remote Subject Matter Expert teams.
  • Working closely with E2Es, horizontals, x-project and business integration lead (as well as architects from SIs and CCEP).

Key results:

  • Business Process Integration achieved. Business processes are cohesively linked and documented. 
    • Operational Business Processes (OTC, FTL etc)
    • Supporting Business Processes (MDM, PTO etc)
    • E2E Business Process interdependencies 
  • Integration points across all processes are managed and maintained with a consistent end to end view
  • End to End Processes optimisation potentials are realised according to focus areas and process performance measurement goals
  • End to End Business process designs signed off by the business
  • Key performance indicators and metrics for end to end process measurement in place
  • Continuous improvement initiated

Will support:

    • End to End Analysis, Design and Deployment of business processes
    • Setup of End to End Business Process Management Excellence team
    • Operationalising process integration points through Profectus

What we expect from you –

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable course of studies. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Business or IT senior management including roles involving complex and cross-functional remit
  • Demonstrable experience of developing senior relationships with other senior business leaders and stakeholders
  • Tangible experience of working in a Matrix organization
  • Demonstrable experience or understanding of Business Process Management in complex organizations
  • Project Management experience would be beneficial and comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies including the role of process design.
  • High level experience in leading developing and/or implementing complex and cross-functional projects and delivering against capability solutions
  • Extensive exposure as a business operational lead within one of the following business areas of Sales, Sales Support, HR, Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
  • Experience in Big transformation programs with a special focus on process standardization and integration
  • Experience in SAP S4H would be an advantage.
