Objectives of the position :

  • Ensuring the seamless operation of operational and digital systems and applications, while adhering to cybersecurity standards, to guarantee uninterrupted production at the respective site
  • Continuous optimization and further development of the deployed operational and digital systems to increase the performance and improve the security of the production lines at the respective production site

Main Tasks

  1. Definition and implementation of standards for operational technology hardware and software in the operational environment at the respective site, in coordination with the BU OT Lead and respective local maintenance managers
  2. Ensuring the seamless operation of systems and applications through the analysis of operational technology-related disruptions and effective elimination of their causes, planning, and implementation of patches and upgrades of existing systems
  3. Responsible for compliance with OT Security / Cyber Security standards at the site
  4. Ensuring proper maintenance of operational technology systems through technical advice and support, participation in the development of service requirements and service level agreements with suppliers, and participation in the development and implementation of data backup/archiving strategies (explicitly regarding legally required information)
  5. Coordination of the continuous optimization and further development of deployed systems through independent optimization of machine software, common control and visualization systems, and transfer of best practices within and outside of CCEP
  6. Implementation of new solutions as an expert in projects related to operational technology (e.g., line monitoring systems, manufacturing execution systems) and technical advice on investment decisions related to operational technology
  7. Planning, coordination, and implementation of new operational technology solutions in production and bottling technology, and management of projects for machine and process optimization through operational technology in collaboration with plant managers, central engineering, technical managers, and BPT
  8. Training employees in the proper use of operational technology and identifying training needs in the operational technology environment

Profile :

 -  At least 3 years of professional experience - ideally in the beverage industry

- Technical training with specialized education or university studies (electrical engineering, electronics, data processing, etc.)  or (specialized) university studies with an information technology or technical focus

- Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology, programming of PLCs (S5, S7, and TIA Portal controllers), and bus systems; practical experience in industrial data processing, automation/control systems, or industrial network systems if applicable

- Application experience in MS Office, in operational data acquisition, archiving, data maintenance, and database systems

- Good English skills, both spoken and written

- Local language skills, both spoken and written

- Analytical thinking and a structured approach, as well as the ability to think in processes

- Good communication skills and, if applicable, initial training or teaching experience

- Persuasiveness, assertiveness, negotiation skills

- Conscientiousness, team player, and service orientation
