In this role, you would be responsible for the delivery of S4Hana project scope within the Profectus Methodology on schedule, within budget, within scope, and according to objectives.
What you will do –
- Maintain the integrated plan for the Project, reporting key interdependencies and planning conflicts to the Profectus Planning Lead for cross-Profectus planning interdependencies
- Collaborate with cross-Workstream and E2E teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress against Profectus milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential deviations or roadblocks.
- Manage in the Profectus matrix environment with Workstream Leads and E2E Leadership to allocate resources effectively, considering expertise, availability, and project requirements to ensure optimal utilization.
- Provide updates to S4 Program director on project delivery, regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Ensuring project meetings and cadence is in place, aligned to the Profectus Governance Framework
- Ensuring decisions and actions are recorded from governance boards and are made visible to the project team and Profectus PMO
- Drive project success by supporting the S4 Program director to prepare the prescribed Profectus Stage Gates and Check Points, ensuring cross-Workstream and E2E teams are planning and delivering the required outcomes.
- Managing and consolidating project risks and issues and flagging areas of escalation for reporting purposes
- Swiftly address issues as they arise, applying problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on lessons learned together with the Profectus PMO, and apply best practices to future phases.
- Navigate changing project requirements and unexpected challenges with agility, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
- Managing compliance against the Project Management Standards, Profectus Methodology, and Profectus Ways of Working
What we expect from you –
- Extensive experience with project management in large scale (spanning multiple countries) SAP programs in large organizations (10B+ revenue annually), preferable in FMCG markets.
- Extensive experience in working with system integrators
- University degree in business management or comparable course of studies. Advance degree preferred.
- Internationally-recognized Project/Program Management qualifications (e.g. APM ChPP, PMI PMP, IPMA)
- Project planning and tooling
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management within major transformation Programs
- Risk identification and management capabilities
- Business transformation approach
- SAP Design, Build and Test methodologies
- Data migration approaches
- Change management capabilities
- Transition to IT operations
- Ability to translate IT language into business language
- Ability to work in Matrix organization
