The role:

The role of Talent Officer is to work closely with all members of the Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Team, contributing directly to the work of Learning & Development, Technical Training, Talent Management and Talent Sourcing.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Degree in Business Management, HRM or equivalent.
• Experience in Administration Duties or 1 year of experience in similar role.
• Basic understanding of Talent Sourcing.
• Ability to manage a large and variable workload and has time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with high level of attention to details
• Capability to learn and take initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork ability.
• Basic understanding of Employment Act.
