We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Richlands as our Manufacturing Improvement Manager. The Manufacturing Improvement Manager will lead a team to monitor and improve CCEP Australia operational processes with the aim of standardising and making them as efficient as possible. Research and analysis feature heavily in this role, and it is essential that you can map out all workflows, remove waste and low-value activities, and recommend solutions, execute, and deliver on the initiatives. Guided by a standard focused improvement strategy, you will take the lead in implementing changes, supporting national improvement targets, ensuring close collaboration with the manufacturing sites and ensure seamless transition of performance improvement projects, to ensure long term sustainable improvement and site ownership.

What will you be doing?


•    Lead the strategic development and implementation of CCEP Operational Excellence (OE) manufacturing program to drive operational excellence.
•    Coach and imbed a lean culture by creating a community of lean practitioners to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach to CCEP OE manufacturing way.
•    Regularly communicate with other national manufacturing sites to ensure consistent learning and drive the development of best practice across the lean community. 
•    Reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of the implementation of the CCEP OE manufacturing way with a view to improve performance and transferring knowledge. 
•    Together with the site leadership team play a key role in facilitating the development and delivery of the overall strategic imperatives.
•    Track and report on progress to deliver results through the tiered meeting processes, governance of performance improvement projects and overall monthly meeting cadence and operating frameworks.

Let's talk about you...


•    Previous experience in FMCG leading operational teams and implementing lean processes and tools 
•    Excellent knowledge of manufacturing and cost to serve supply chain strategy and lean manufacturing principles 
•    Demonstrated relationship builder with various departments with a track record of developing collaborative relationships to achieve common goals 
•    Proven track record in leading cultural change and managing projects from concept through to delivery 
•    Results focused change advocate who is able to leverage a strong technical understanding through effective communication at all stakeholder levels 
•    Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
