Wellbeing at CCEP
At CCEP, the wellbeing of our people is at the heart of everything we do. We want everyone to feel safe, supported and able to thrive, because our people are our greatest asset.
We take a holistic approach to wellbeing. That means looking beyond just physical or mental health and recognising all the factors that shape how we feel, from financial security and social connection, to having the freedom to be yourself. Wellbeing is deeply linked to our commitment to inclusion and diversity, and we work hard to create a culture where everyone feels they belong.
Our vision is to build a workplace where safety and wellbeing are actively promoted every day. Our managers play a key role in this. We equip them not only to look after their own wellbeing, but also to understand the positive impact they can have on their teams. To support this, we’re rolling out wellbeing training to all people managers across CCEP. However, wellbeing is something we all contribute to. Whether you’re a manager or not, everyone at CCEP should feel empowered to talk about how they’re doing, take ownership of their wellbeing, and know where to turn when they need support.
Another way we do this is through our network of Wellbeing First Aiders; trained colleagues who are available to listen, offer non-judgemental support and signpost people to professional help when needed. They’re not there to diagnose, but they are there to notice when someone might be struggling, reach out with care, and provide a safe space for conversation.
We know that opening up can sometimes feel difficult, but talking to someone is often the first step toward feeling better. Additional to these, We also have a number of other resources to support your wellbeing. At CCEP, you’re never alone.
