Home to more than 1,700 colleagues across Sofia and Varna, Bulgaria is one of CCEP's largest offices and a key location for many of our global teams.
Unlike other CCEP markets, we don’t have local manufacturing, distribution or sales operations in Bulgaria. These activities are carried out locally by Coca-Cola Hellenic.
Instead, our two offices bring together a wide range of teams, including a significant part of our Integrated Shared Services organisation and a number of other specialist teams supporting markets across CCEP, creating opportunities to work across countries, functions and disciplines.
This creates unique opportunities to build specialist expertise, broaden your experience and work as part of a truly international business, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and functions.
Our Sofia office is in Garitage Park, with convenient access to the ring road, the city and nearby Vitosha Mountain. Our Varna office is located close to the Sea Garden and Black Sea coastline.

Internships
CCEP Bulgaria's 9-month internship programme runs from February to November and offers the flexibility to join on either a full-time or part-time basis. Interns are assigned to one of our functions and gain hands-on experience through two or three rotations, helping them develop new skills and a deeper understanding of the function they support.
Throughout the programme, interns receive dedicated mentoring and support, along with opportunities to build their network and learn from experienced colleagues in the business. The programme also provides a strong foundation for future opportunities at CCEP, with many interns continuing their careers with us after completing the programme.
We are looking for undergraduate students in their second, third, or fourth year of study, ideally in Business Studies, Finance, or Information Systems. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, German, or Spanish would be an advantage.
Finance University Talent Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop future finance talent through hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to different areas of our business.
Over the course of the programme, graduates rotate through key finance areas such as Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Corporate Finance. They also complete a six-month placement abroad, gaining valuable experience and contributing to projects that support business performance and decision making.
