The role of our Field Sales Team is to sell and merchandise a targeted range of CCEP products to specific customers so they can on-sell them to customers. They also ensure that products are presented in coolers, on displays and in food / drink combinations in such a way that consumers are compelled to buy them. They ultimately manage customer relationships across their territory by assisting customers to grow profit, overcome problems, and attract more customers.

Coca-Cola and many of our other soft drinks start life as a base syrup. Very few people know the secret recipe of Coke and to protect it, the syrup arrives at our Australian factories in two parts, which need to be mixed in the right proportions. Once mixed, we dilute the syrup with water and add sugar or sweetener to it. If it's sparkling, we add carbon dioxide to give the fizz, and then fill and package bottles or cans on automated production lines ready to be delivered to our customers.

You'll join a full-scale, 24/7 operation that consists of warehouses that hold thousands of pallets of stock. Using the latest technology and process management, our warehouse teams are in charge of promptly and safely stacking away goods, recording and locating stock using management systems and assembling orders ready for dispatch to our customers.

Coca-Cola Place (CCP) is our Australian Head Quarters and is home to a number of AUS business functions: Sales & Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Legal, Public Affairs & Communications and our People and Culture team. We’re handily located near North Sydney train station and many bus lines, and in the middle of the vibrant North Sydney hub of restaurants, shopping centres and pubs.
