The Young Graduate Program at CCEP Belux is an exciting three year journey designed to accelerate your career and unlock your potential.
Starting in September 2027, the program offers a new and enriching rotation each year, giving you the opportunity to gain broad experience and develop a strong foundation for your future. Depending on your profile, interests, and ambitions, you can choose between a Supply Chain or Commercial track. From day one, you will be immersed in your chosen field and equipped with the skills, experience, and mindset to become one of the leaders of tomorrow. Get ready to take on meaningful challenges and shape your career with us.
Your development is at the heart of the program. Alongside hands on experience in your day to day role, you will benefit from structured learning opportunities and guidance from experienced senior leaders within the organization. You'll also have the chance to participate in networking events and build valuable relationships across the business, helping you expand your professional network and broaden your perspective.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent management position within our organization. The program is specifically designed to prepare you for a leadership role and support your progression into people management after three years.
