Inside the Program: A detailed glimpse into your journey

The Young Graduate Program at CCEP Belux is a thrilling three-year program. This dynamic initiative is designed to shape your career.
 
Commencing in September 2025, the program entails a yearly rotation, allowing you to explore roles in both Supply Chain and Commercial departments. This unique approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of our company, from crafting and bottling our beverages to strategically selling them to our valued clients. Rotations adapt based on position availability, offering flexibility and real-world exposure.
  
We're committed to fuelling your growth – go beyond your role with hands-on experiences, formal training, and mentorship from a high-ranking Director Committee member, your career guide at CCEP. Dive into dynamic networking events, forging connections to power up your professional network within the company.
  
Upon completing the 3-year program, you can seamlessly transition into a permanent management position of your choice, either in Supply Chain or Commercial.
  
This program isn't just about gaining experience; it's a high-speed trajectory propelling you towards a leadership role within our company!

Apply and embark on a journey that promises both personal and professional development!
 
  1. Apply: Submit your application between September 9th and October 18th.
  2. Online Tests: Complete your online tests by October 25th.
  3. CV Screening: A recruiter will review your CV by November 1st.
  4. Pre-recorded Video: Submit your pre-recorded interview answers by November 8th.
  5. Online Interview: If selected, you will be invited to an online interview between November 20th and November 27th.
  6. Assessment Day: Congratulations on reaching the final stage! Join us at our office on December 5th for the assessment day.

…that have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/student jobs excluded).
…with a native level of French or Dutch, and a fluent level in English.
…with a valid permanent visa/work permit and a driver license (Please include this information in your CV).
…that are flexible and mobile within the Belux market.
