Inside the Program: A detailed glimpse into your journey

The Young Graduate Program at CCEP Belux is an exciting three-year program designed to shape your career.
Commencing in September 2025, this program includes thrilling annual rotations. Depending on your profile and aspirations, you may spend more time in Supply Chain or in Commercial and Support departments, while still gaining experience in the other area. This dynamic approach allows you to acquire a 360-degree view of our company, while developing the skills necessary to become tomorrow's leaders. Get ready to tackle exciting challenges and shape your professional journey with us!
We're committed to fueling your growth – go beyond your role with hands-on experiences, formal training, and mentorship from a member of the senior leadership team, your career guide at CCEP. Dive into dynamic networking events, forging connections to power up your professional network within the company.
Upon completing the program, you will have the opportunity to seamlessly transition into a permanent position of your choice within our company, either in Supply Chain or Commercial. This program guarantees progression towards a managerial role after these three years.

Joining the team: Your path through your recruitment vision

Get ready to showcase your talent through a unique journey, offering dynamic assessments and engaging steps that go beyond a conventional recruitment approach, ensuring we discover the extraordinary in each candidate.
Embark on a journey that promises both personal and professional development!
 
  1. Apply: Submit your application between September 9th and October 18th.
  2. Online Tests: Complete your online tests by October 25th.
  3. CV Screening: A recruiter will review your CV by November 1st.
  4. Pre-recorded Video: Submit your pre-recorded interview answers by November 8th.
  5. Interview with Talent Acquisition: If selected, you'll be invited to an online interview with one of our recruiters, scheduled between November 4th and November 15th.
  6. Interview with the Business: If selected, you'll be invited to an online interview with one of our senior team members and a recruiter. You’ll also be asked to prepare a brief case in advance to present during the interview.
  7. Assessment Day: Congratulations on reaching the final stage! Join us at our office on December 5th for the assessment day.

…with leadership ingrained in their DNA, ready to be unleashed!

…that are ambitious and are willing to develop new skillsets.
…that have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/student jobs excluded).
…with a native level of French or Dutch, and a fluent level in English.
…with a valid permanent visa/work permit and a driving license (please include this information in your CV).
