Sr Assistant, People Services GB

Job Purpose 
The role of the People Services Administrator will be to manage apprentices and internship contracts in accordance with regulatory provisions and internal procedures at BU France CCEP. He/she will be responsible for monitoring and handling all matters related to the onboarding of young people (internships, apprenticeship and professional training contracts) within the deadlines set from the time of recruitment to invoicing, acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (manager, PCBP, TA) and external stakeholders (schools, students, OPCO).

Key Responsibilities 

•    Personnel administration: Drafting apprenticeship and professional training contracts, amendments and training agreements [population of 250 young people per year]

•    Management of internship agreements 

•    Liaison between the OPCO, institutions, students and managers

•    Management of onboarding within the specified time frame via the SAP Success Factors platform

•    Administrative processing – Collection, centralisation, scanning and archiving of all onboarding correspondence and documents on Share Point (Teams)

•    Coordination with various internal departments – Team in charge of personnel management (People Service) in Bulgaria, Payroll, etc.

•    Filling in and updating student tracking tables.

•    Management and processing of incoming invoices related to the remaining costs of work-study programmes (coordination with school/control/payment and archiving).

•    Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, overseeing activities from hire to retire, while ensuring accurate and timely updates in the Success Factors system.

•    Address employee requests through the HR Case management system in accordance with service level agreements, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

•     Supports the integration of innovative HR technologies and system automation to improve the user experience and streamline administrative processes.

Experience required 

Experience in administrative and contractual management with high volumes (ideally with interns/work-study students)
Familiar with the regulations governing work-study contracts

Language Capability & expert level

English 

Education & Qualifications required 

•    University degree
