Health and wellbeing

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential, impartial and professional service available for all employees, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With face-to-face and telephone counselling, rich online resources, and advice or specialist information always at hand, we're here to help you through life's ups and downs.

Our Wellbeing First Aider initiative works with employees to build an internal support network for mental health. To break the stigma of conversations around mental health, we've launched a specialist training programme to empower colleagues to speak up, access help and offer support.
