At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we're looking for a commercially minded and driven Procurement Category Manager to lead our Shrink & Stretch Films and Handles category across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, driving value creation, and ensuring the quality, sustainability, and security of supply across a critical category. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, the Cross-Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG), and The Coca-Cola Company, you will help deliver procurement excellence while supporting our long-term business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:
As Category Manager, you will:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and become a trusted procurement advisor.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive competitive advantage, cost optimisation, and sustainable value creation.
- Lead sourcing projects and harmonisation initiatives using the 7-Step Sourcing Process.
- Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership and deliver value beyond cost throughout the supply chain.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Drive supplier performance through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programmes.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply market volatility.
- Lead European sourcing and tender activities to secure financial benefits and high service levels.
- Deliver best-in-class procurement projects that support supply chain excellence across Europe.
- Monitor sourcing initiatives, procurement projects, and savings delivery against targets, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Champion sustainability initiatives across the supplier base and contribute to CCEP's environmental and business goals.
- Explore innovative sourcing opportunities and develop new sources of supply to strengthen category performance.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience within procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities from both commercial and strategic perspectives.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to take accountability for category performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English.
