As a Technical Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll take ownership of equipment performance, contribute to continuous improvement activities and help deliver the drinks enjoyed by millions of consumers every day.

This is a hands-on position where you'll use both your technical and problem-solving skills to maintain performance, reduce downtime and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring production equipment to achieve safety, quality and performance targets
  • Carrying out cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance activities
  • Identifying faults, supporting root cause investigations and escalating issues where required
  • Completing quality checks and ensuring products consistently meet specification
  • Using operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Working closely with Engineering and production colleagues to improve reliability and efficiency
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, housekeeping and workplace safety

We're looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in manufacturing. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and contributing positively as part of a team.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • A flexible approach and willingness to learn
  • Experience within a manufacturing, production or process environment would be advantageous

If you're motivated by working with modern production equipment, enjoy finding solutions and want to build a long-term career with a global business, we'd love to hear from you.
