• A subject‑specific university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in security management or a comparable field, ideally complemented by additional security‑related qualifications, as well as a strong, holistic understanding of corporate security.
• Relevant professional experience in Corporate Security, with strong expertise in physical security, risk and crisis management, as well as security‑related investigations.
• Experience in conducting risk and threat assessments and security audits, including the documentation, implementation, and follow‑up of mitigation measures.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders as well as external authorities, security organizations, and service providers in an English‑speaking environment
• Analytical and structured working style, with the ability to clearly document, prepare, and communicate security‑relevant matters in German and English

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the Corporate Security strategy across German sites and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements
• Advising internal stakeholders on all security‑related matters and conducting as well as further developing risk and threat assessments, including cooperation with relevant authorities
• Managing and overseeing security service providers, conducting audits and assessments, and implementing defined security standards and measures
• Leading and supporting site‑specific security projects as well as maintaining and further developing site‑specific security documentation
• Conducting security‑related investigations, supporting incident and crisis management, and developing and delivering security awareness and training initiatives
