The Opportunity

We're looking for a New Product Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team in Kewdale, WA on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a highly visible and collaborative role where you'll act as the central coordination point for new product introductions, packaging changes and site-based supply chain projects. Working across Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with established processes.

About the Role
- Act as the primary site contact for new product development, packaging changes and material change initiatives.
- Coordinate site activities required through the New Product Development (NPD) Gate Process, including capability assessments, cost scoping, risk assessments, systems setup, validation and implementation activities.
- Plan, coordinate and support production trials, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, reporting and follow-up actions.
- Lead site execution of network optimisation, packaging improvement and sustainability projects.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business, from frontline production teams through to senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives, timelines and business outcomes are achieved.
- Manage trial budgets and contribute to project business cases and gate approvals.
- Support the ongoing development and standardisation of change management processes and documentation.
- Maintain packaging specification systems and related site data.
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives that support site performance and continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys bringing people together to deliver successful outcomes.
You'll Bring:
- Experience within manufacturing, production or supply chain environments, with FMCG experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational capability.
- Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office and system-driven environments.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience.
- Knowledge of packaging, production processes or manufacturing systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional change initiatives.
