The role:
People Services Coordinator support HR functions by providing administrative and operational assistance across areas HR record – keeping, benefits administration, and general employee support. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services and maintaining a positive employee experience. The People Services Coordinator handles inquiries and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Business Management/Human Resource/Psychology or related field of study.
- Recognized Member of the PNG Human Resource Institute.
- An year of work experience in Employee Benefits & Payroll would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Employment Law.
- Basic knowledge of records management.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
