ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Grinders State Sales Manager, in this role you are ensuring our customers are receiving the right level of service to unlock their full Hot Beverage potential. Within this role you will work closely with your direct team, ensuring the Grinders strategy and business objectives are being met. As a Grinders Territory Manager, you are accountable & responsible for all the coffee business in your territory. Your role is to own your business, delivering growth opportunities for high value coffee customers. Success in your role is delivering long term sustainable growth for the Grinders & So*Co brands in your territory. 
Communication, leadership, exceptional customer service and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively manage and build strong working relationships with key decision-makers and key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a collaborative and outcomes-focused individual who will work closely with both your sales and production team counterparts and broader CCEP community.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships, service, trust and mutual profitable growth opportunities through agreed sales call plans that balance customers and Grinder’s business needs.
  • Understands how Grinder’s coffee makes money down to EBIT and is aware of impact within their territory. 
  • Can confidently and accurately apply, articulate and model sustainable commercial partnerships on any existing and new business opportunities
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with local CCEP counterparts to expand new business reach, lead generation and/or customer stakeholders.
  • Maximise every interaction with customer base.
  • Apply all components of Customer Centric Selling (CCS) including BAFs, Buyer Styles, Questioning skills, LEAP, Simple Selling 
  • Confidently demonstrates and articulates the Grinders coffee Portfolio, Equipment, Merchandising & quality standards to the customer, ensuring alignment and commitment from key decision makers.
  • Identifies risks and opportunities to success of the territory plan.
  • Seek feedback on own strengths and development areas; being aware of your own impact & how you relate with others.

  • You are confident, self-motivated and highly autonomous & seeking to progress a career at CCEP
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Ability to understand plans and make decisions.
  • Competent in using technology. 
  • You persevere and are resilient if things go wrong.
  • Hold a Current Driver’s License
