Equipment Services Team
The EQS Field Service team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing and Preventative Maintenance of CCEP equipment. The role of the EQS Field Service Technician is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth by way of minimising equipment downtime.
About the Role
A core element of CCEP’s growth strategy rests on the maintenance of equipment. The purpose and responsibilities of the Field Service Technician is to support our customer`s needs for equipment service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Service Sales teams to ensure equipment is serviced to meet service level agreements and maintain equipment to a high standard to minimise equipment downtime.
- Always keeping yourself, our customers, and consumers safe.
- Providing the best possible customer service by completing all service calls using the ‘My Jobs’ app, accurate allocation of parts consumed, stocktake accuracy, participate in the ‘Shift` roster to provide service to our CCEP customers during their opening times which includes some day, afternoon and weekend shifts.
- Train, coach and develop other team members where necessary to assist individual and team technical skill sets and complete any project work allocated to you.
- Provide operational feedback to Field Service Manager where possible.
- Adhere to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools.
About You
We are seeking the following skills, experience, and attributes.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Experience in servicing beverage machines preferred but not essential.
- Electrical Qualification – Desirable but not essential
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Confident communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally
- Agile and flexible in ways of working and ability to prioritise initiatives and resources.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and enthusiastic whilst working to deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Parts management
