About the Role
We’re looking for a National Quality and Maintenance Coordinator to support the delivery of our Quality Maintenance Program across Australia. This role plays a central part in coordinating and scheduling work for our national technician network, ensuring all preventative maintenance and quality activities are planned, completed and tracked effectively.
Working closely with field teams, stakeholders and customers, you’ll help maintain strong service outcomes, support operational efficiency and ensure compliance across the network.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinating and scheduling work for quality maintenance technicians nationally
- Managing the SAP planning board and creating service calls
- Allocating preventative maintenance and quality activities to meet national schedules
- Monitoring completion rates and supporting monthly performance targets
- Providing administrative support including purchasing, billing and scheduling
- Maintaining and updating outlet and customer databases
- Supporting customer queries and resolving issues
- Driving consistency through standard processes and systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across teams and building strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
