The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Newcastle (NSW) area on a Full-Time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will be provided with a take-home company vehicle to support our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites. You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

About the Role
- Safety First - Uphold a strong safety culture, follow all OHS requirements, and proactively identify risks
- Customer Service - Deliver a great customer experience with professional, timely, and reliable service
- First-Time Fixes - Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit
- Quality Service - Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Efficiency - Maximise time in the field, use parts effectively, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory
- Processes & Systems - Follow standard procedures and utilise IT tools to manage service calls and reporting
- Teamwork - Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Skill Development - Continuously build your technical capability through training and hands-on experience
About You
- Trade qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Brings previous field service, maintenance or customer-facing experience (preferred).
- Enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and stay organised in the field.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Test & Tag certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
