ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The P&C Customer Service and Supply Chain (CS&SC) Partnering team is a high performing team with a mission to enable great leadership in our business through and elegant and consistent People & Culture experience.
This role is pivotal in supporting front line leaders and state managers to driving cultural leadership, and leading change and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Relations (IR), Employment Relations (ER), digitisation, and improving gender participation in the workforce.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Reporting to the Head of P&C for Customer Service and Supply Chain, you will partner with Front Line Leaders and State Managers to deliver aligned outcomes against the CCEP People Priorities and business plan
- Provide expert advice, coaching and support to state managers and frontline leaders all people-related matters
- Providing thought leadership and coaching to leaders on talent & succession planning; performance management; industrial relations; employee relations; reward; organisational change; capability development; culture & engagement and diversity & inclusion strategies
- Translate business challenges into commercial P&C solutions, collaborate with People & Culture Centres of Expertise to create fit for purpose initiatives
- Industrial Relations (IR): Support negotiation and strategy of local enterprise agreements, working with union organisers where required
- Employment Relations (ER): Support and manage complex ER issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements and company policies
- Culture Leadership: Champion and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that meets or exceeds our business ambitions
- Change and Transformation: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Digital: Support the digitisation of P&C and business processes and systems to improve efficiency and employee experience, driving engagement with P&C digital systems at a frontline level
- Gender Participation: Develop and implement strategies to improve gender participation and diversity within the workforce
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the supply chain or FMCG.
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholder and implementing a strategy.
