  • Coordinate delivery outcomes and proactively manage exceptions to minimise customer impact.

  • Contribute to team performance by achieving key service and productivity KPIs.

  • Build strong working relationships with State Transport teams, Sales teams and customers to support positive outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You

You’re a customer-focused, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You thrive when balancing competing priorities and can confidently communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.

In addition, you will have:

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, transport, supply chain, operations, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine customer-centric mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • The ability to remain calm, resilient and adaptable when managing competing priorities and changing business needs.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Confidence using multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across customers, Sales, Transport and operational stakeholders.

  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

  • No prior logistics experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.

What We Offer

  • Work with one of the world’s most recognisable brands and a portfolio of iconic products.
