Equipment Services Team 

The EQS Coffee Field Service team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment under for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing and Preventative Maintenance of CCEP/Grinders Coffee equipment. The role of the EQS Field Service Technician is to support the CCEP/Grinder’s Coffee Sales teams in driving revenue and growth by way of minimising coffee equipment downtime.

About the Role

A core element of CCEP’s growth strategy rests on the maintenance of equipment. The purpose and responsibilities of the Coffee Field Service Technician is to support our customer`s needs for equipment service in a timely and professional manner. This includes but is not limited to Coffee Machines, Grinders, Caffe Assist etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Service Sales teams to ensure equipment is serviced to meet service level agreements and maintain equipment to a high standard to minimise equipment downtime. Always keeping yourself, our customers and consumers safe.
  • Providing the best possible customer service by completing all service calls using the ‘My Jobs’ app, accurate allocation of parts consumed, stocktake accuracy, participate in the ‘on call’ roster to provide emergency service to our coffee customers. 
  • Train, coach and develop other team members where necessary to assist individual and team technical skill sets and complete any project work allocated to you.
  • Provide operational feedback to Field Service Manager where possible.
  • Adhere to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools and on call roster for coffee customers.  

About You

We are seeking the following skills, experience and attributes;

  • Current unrestricted drivers licence
  • Experience in servicing coffee machines
  • Electrical Qualification – Desirable but not essential
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Confident communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Agile and flexible in ways of working and ability to prioritise initiatives and resources
  • Punctual, self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst working to deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
  • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Parts management
