The role:

The role of the Quality Manager is to manage the Quality and Environment Procedures and manufacturing documents, coordinate all periodic reports to TCCC and coordinate the implementation of Continuous Improvement Processes. CCEP’s Vision and Values are at the core of all that we do and the language and behaviors are integral to the success of self and team.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Degree qualification in Food Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Food or Beverage Manufacturing 
  • Knowledgeable and has ability to implement Food Safety (HACCP), Product & Process Quality and QMS systems  - ISO 9001, 45001, 18001 and  FSSC 22000.
  • Prior knowledge of TCCC
  • Coaching & Developing others.

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
