Operations Manager - Equipment Services

About your new role…

We have a fantastic opportunity to lead our team in this EQS Operations Manager role at our bustling Richlands, QLD site.  The EQS Operations Manager role is central to the state leadership team and is responsible for the coaching and safety of their team. You will also look after the contractor management of our Freight and Labour hire partners and inventory management within the state budget. At its core is the collaboration with sales partners and peers to ensure customers receive equipment as promised and on time to high quality standards to grow hot and cold drink sales.

Financial: Ownership of cost centre to manage spend in-line with activity/budget. Manage internal company recovery charges and activity rate.

Customer Service: Ensure expectations of both internal and external customer orders are fulfilled within agreed timeframes and business standards. Build effective relationships within the organisation and external stakeholders.

Warehouse/Freight Providers: Allocate and manage resources/requirements. Comply and promote the obligations of CCEP OH&S policy, procedures, rules, and state regulations and Chain of Responsibility regulations. Coordinate and training as required and build effective development plans.

- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders

- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints

- Experience dealing with multiple priorities.

- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.

- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities

- Strong understanding and experience in Equipment and Services department.

- Strong understanding of external trends in service optimisation and sustainability.

- Systems implementation and optimisation experience.

- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)

- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety

- Ability to manage cost center and budgets

- Previous experience in managing teams

- Warehousing and logistics experience
