CoE Supply & Data Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
We’re looking for a Supply and Data Manager CoE to play a key role in shaping, governing and evolving future-ready supply planning capabilities at scale across the organization.
As part of the Supply & Data Centre of Excellence, you will act as a custodian of the global Supply Planning model, ensuring high plan quality, strong process adherence, robust technology adoption and continuous value creation across Markets and Business Units.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data and technology, combining deep Supply Planning expertise, strong SAP IBP technical knowledge, and the ability to engage, align and influence diverse stakeholders to drive change with clarity and collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Supply Planning & IBP Ownership
• Own the end‑to‑end execution of Supply Planning within SAP IBP across CCEP, being accountable for the quality, consistency and robustness of Supply Plans across Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
• Act as the functional authority for Supply Planning, providing expert guidance and hands‑on support to Business Units.
• Provide fact based, system driven insights on key Supply Planning parameters, planning logic and outcomes to support high quality decision making and sustained IBP performance.
Advanced Planning, Optimization & Model Evolution
• Drive Inventory Optimization, supply segmentation and cost to serve logic, translating differentiated strategies into robust system parameters and Supply Planning design.
• Lead the evolution, standardization and harmonization of the Supply Planning model, processes and ways of working.
• Support SAP IBP enhancements and releases, incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring system stability and sustained adoption.
• Contribute to major transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA, Real Time Integration and AI enabled planning capabilities, ensuring future ready Supply Planning solutions.
Planning Adoption, Training & Knowledge Enablement
• Drive adherence to the harmonized Supply Planning model and SAP IBP adoption across CCEP.
• Own and evolve the Supply Planning Training Program, defining the learning approach and ensuring planner capability across Markets and Business Units.
• Act as the reference point for Supply Planning knowledge, defining, documenting and sharing standardized processes and best practices across the organization.
Leadership Responsibilities
• Drive future oriented and innovative continuous improvement in Supply Planning processes and capabilities.
• Act as a collaborative and trusted partner for Business Units, with a strong focus on value creation and business impact.
• Champion simplification and harmonization, acting as custodian of the planning model.
• Foster a CoE culture with a clear focus on people development, learning and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience
• 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally end-to-end Supply Planning.
• Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools.
• Strong analytical and transformation experience.
• FMCG or complex operational environment exposure.
Skills & Mindset
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities, able to turn complexity into clear, actionable decisions.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and work in collaborative, cross functional environments.
• Proactive, results driven and solution focused, with a clear orientation to value creation and impact.
• Structured and pragmatic mindset, comfortable operating in contexts of complexity, change, and continuous evolution.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Technology or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
