Sr Assistant, Pricing Master Data

Job Purpose

The Shared Services CTC Disputes Sr Assistant will be responsible for resolving queries raised by customers and internal CCEP stakeholders. This role will be an enabler of opportunities and growth within the business through strong involvement and collaboration with both the commercial and the operational teams in the BU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc)
  • Handles customer queries /disputes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, escalating where necessary
  • Contributes to recommendations regarding corrections/process improvements to the delivery of first line transactional processing to address customer/supplier queries, complaints and feedback
  • Proactively supports the team in their daily operations related to Pricing Master Data according to the business requirements, and in compliance with CCEP policies
  • Ensure that all pricing requests are executed with the appropriate approvals in accordance with CCEP chart of authority and within the agreed SLAs
  • Ensure that all ERP systems /ex. SAP, BASIS/ have accurate pricing information according to the received requests & approvals
  • Being responsible for peer-check activities within the Pricing team – prioritise, execute and provide feedback to the team if errors are identified.
  • Escalate where forms are received without the correct information or approvals and works in close relationship with the relevant stakeholders to resolve pricing issues such as, but not limited to insufficient or wrong data provided
  • Communicate new prices to internal or external parties where appropriate
  • Makes productive use of technology tools, and systems, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate master data management
  • Create and maintain end-to-end training plan for new employees in close collaboration with the Team Lead.

Experiencerequired

  • Minimum of 1 years Order to Cash experience in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
  • A good understanding of wider Customer to Cash area processes
  • Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level
  • Good Excel skills. ERP experience desirable, preferably SAP

Language Capability & expert level

  • Fluent in English
  • Norwegian/Swedish is a plus

Education & Qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or similar
