  • Bring the voice of the customer into strategy, playbooks, innovation and portfolio decisions, while strengthening cross-functional partnerships and ways of working.

About You

You are a senior commercial leader energised by the opportunity to shape category growth at scale. You connect strategy to customer outcomes, champion the customer voice and take ownership from plan through to execution. • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching, capability building and performance management.

  • The ability to lead in a highly matrixed organisation and align Category, Sales, Brand, RGM and Supply around shared outcomes.

  • Strong executive influence and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging Customer GMs, VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams.

  • Deep understanding of category management, channel dynamics, shopper behaviour and customer decision-making, with the ability to turn consumer, shopper, customer and sales data into actionable growth opportunities.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
