Job Purpose
The Shared Services Sr. Assistant Master Data will be responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of master data records ensuring the quality of data and supporting the implementation of processes that ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity. Emphasis on customer excellence and continuous process improvement to further enhance the Data Management service level and effectiveness will be expected throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Works with the NL BU to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to support an effective and smooth deployment of work into the SSC
- Supports any project or initiative teams to ensure the successful migration of all in-scope activities to Shared Services
- Supports the establishment of and adherence to policies regarding master data additions and changes
- Reviews the setup of master records ensuring these are set up in an accurate and timely manner
- Performs master data changes
- Undertakes sample quality assurance checks on master data record creation and maintenance
- Investigates any system integration issues that arise between SAP, SFDC and legacy CCEP systems
- Investigates data/field mismatches arising from the transfer of master data into SAP and SFDC
- Supplies advice on Master Data to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Makes productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP and Salesforce.com, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate master data management
Experience required
- 2 years Finance experience with a minimum of 1 year in an master data environment in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
- Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide solutions to issues
- Strong customer service orientation
Language Capability & expert level
- English and Dutch are must: essential plus will be one of the other CCEP languages
Education & Qualifications required
- University Degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of SAP, SFDC and other enabling technologies
