Sr Assistant Credit Management SCDMNT with Spanish language skills

Job Purpose

The Shared Services Centre (SSC) CTC Credit Management Sr. Assistant will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.

The role would ideally suit someone who has confidence in their own ability, has strong analytical skills and has CCEP does, demonstrates passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Front office, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, External 3rd party company, etc.)

  • Ensure that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. credit approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
  • Follow up on the credit insurance policy including allocation of indemnities/payments and clear customer's accounts if needed it.
  • Validate/claim bank guarantees following the CCEP credit policy.
  • Makes productive use of technology tools and systems including SAP to ensure effective service delivery and accurate CTC data.
  • Executes the outgoing payments following the CCEP credit policy
  • Ensures all follow up issues on Credit Management are managed accordingly to the given timelines.
  • Provides support to other team members where required
  • Provides support and advice on Credit Management processes where required
  • To support the documentation and regular update of all Credit Management work instructions
  • Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Review invoices from providers and create orders in order to issue the invoices.
  • Review the seizures / tax audits by the government and take proper actions.

Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years Credit Management / Accounts Receivable experience

  • A good understanding of wider Customer to Cash area processes
  • Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level
  • Strong customer service orientation

Language Capability & expert level

  • English : Essential

  • Spanish: Essential

Education & Qualifications required

  • Bachelor degree / Student in Economics / Finance

  • ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
  • MS Office (Excel)
