Our awards
Our success is driven by our culture and the passion and commitment of our people. We want CCEP to be a great place to work where people can grow, be happy and be well in a safe, open, and inclusive workplace. Our awards and pledges reflect those aims.
Diversity and Inclusion: We label bottles, not people
At CCEP, we value you for being you. A diverse mix of ideas, insights and perspectives from our team helps us keep our business fresh, and our global community of customers refreshed — now and in the future.
Empowering women is an important part of our recipe for success. We're making steady progress — 37.3 per cent of our leadership team roles are held by women, and we aim to do more. Our friends and colleagues from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups offer invaluable insights, and we're working hard to listen to their perspectives to make CCEP even more inclusive. As a Stonewall Global Diversity Champion, we provide a safe place for our LGBTQ+ colleagues to rise with pride. And we're a proud signatory of the Valuable 500 pledge — which means that we're putting disability inclusion on our business leadership agenda to help colleagues with disabilities succeed in their careers.
We also want to hear from you. Can we do more? Do our current aims need to include inclusive aspects tailored to you? Let us know what we can do to help you feel like you belong — we're all ears.
Sustainability: This is forward
Looking after the planet and its people is one of our top priorities. We've created a sustainable action plan with our customers, NGOs and suppliers to meet the targets of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals.
In the long term, this means cutting our greenhouse gas emissions by 30% across our entire value chain by 2030 and reaching net zero emissions by 2040. How? We're ensuring that 100% of our primary packaging is recyclable or reusable. We're also working with local and national partners to collect 100% of our packaging in Western Europe – including support for well-designed deposit return systems.
Our shorter-term goals always have our communities in mind. We're working hard to reduce the water we use in manufacturing by 20% and addressing water impacts in our supply chain, replenishing 100% of the water we use in areas of water stress.
Human rights and ethics are already at the heart of our supply chain, but that doesn't mean we can't do more — we promise to continue improving on this at every opportunity. And with sustainability in mind, we guarantee that 100% of our main agricultural ingredients and raw materials always come from sustainable sources.
