Our Integrated Shared Services (ISS) operation in Manila is a growing part of our multi-function global ISS operation at CCEP, predominantly supporting our Australia and New Zealand Business Units. With a growing team of talented employees, they play a vital role in delivering efficient, scalable and insight driven operations, including Finance, Commercial Operations and Customer Service, People & Culture to our CCEP countries.

Far beyond a typical support centre, our ISS Philippines team is one of CCEP’s Integrated Shared Services operations, working alongside our ISS teams in Sofia and Varna in Bulgaria and Jakarta, Indonesia, we have over 1,500 ISS employees in total - an international team on a journey to drive value creation.

As ISS Philippines continues to evolve, we are establishing a growing engagement committee to organise activities throughout the year, from corporate runs to learning sessions and charity initiatives. We are also developing a strong focus on employee wellbeing, including plans for trained wellbeing first aiders, and a volunteering programme that will offer employees up to two days to support a local cause that matters to them.
Source to Pay
This team manages the end to end purchasing and payment process, from sourcing, procurement and spend analytics through to accounts payable. They set up and handle payments to suppliers. They also oversee travel and expense processes and company credit cards and payments to employees for their work related travel. By driving efficiency and continuous improvement of business processes, Source to Pay helps keep operations smooth and cost-effective across the business.
Customer to Cash
This team manages the end-to-end process of turning customer orders into cash. They ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth cash application, helping maintain strong customer relationships and healthy cash flow. By monitoring credit risk, resolving disputes, and driving process improvements, Customer-to-Cash keeps the business financially sound and supports growth.
Record to Report
This team oversees the full financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. They manage period-end accounting, Group IFRS consolidations, statutory accounting (local GAAP) and corporate tax compliance. By safeguarding data integrity and driving process improvements, Record-to-Report provides clear, reliable insights that support decision-making and keep the business compliant.
Service Enablement
This team drives harmonisation and continuous improvement across ISS. They focus on process automation, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships—both internally and with key partners. By leveraging data and insights, they enhance decision-making, performance and productivity, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, improved experiences, driving value across the business.
New Product Introduction
This team supports the innovation value chain managing end to end data from early product concept to launch of fully operational products. Key responsibilities include data governance, modelling and analytics as well as product life-cycle costing, budgeting standards, and packaging sustainability. By ensuring accuracy and efficiency, they enable CCEP to bring new products to market with speed, quality and at scale.
Planning and Performance Management (PPM) Reporting Centre of Expertise
This centre of expertise team provides reporting and analysis across key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement. They deliver insights on operational expenses, financial planning, and performance management, ensuring decisions are backed by accurate data. Focused on standardisation, harmonisation, and continuous improvement, they leverage business intelligence tools to drive efficiency and support strategic goals across the organisation.
Customer Service & Commercial Operations
This team supports the Australian and New Zealand businesses by delivering outstanding sales and customer service through our Integrated Shared Service contact centre. We execute the business unit sales plans to drive sales performance and resolve customer enquiries relating to credit, proof of payment, and equipment issues, ensuring every interaction contributes to excellent customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
ISS supporting functions and other co-located roles
Alongside our Integrated Shared Services (ISS) teams, our sites also bring together dedicated support functions (People & Culture, Communications, Legal, Facilities etc.) and a number of Group level co-located teams such as Internal Controls and Internal Audit, creating a connected, well supported, and diverse environment for our people.
