Interim People & Culture Communications Manager - 12 month FTC / Secondment

The People & Culture (P&C) Communications team partners with P&C leadership/P&C function and teams to engage key audiences globally, positioning CCEP as a great place to work and driving critical outcomes of the P&C strategy and CCEP’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Storytelling & content creation
• Develop and execute a creative storytelling strategy that aligns with our Employee Promise and business growth strategy.
• Manage and promote content for our Life@CCEP LinkedIn page, Redline platform and other social media platforms, ensuring an engaging and authentic voice that reflects the experiences of our employees.
• Capture and share employee stories across internal and external channels, highlighting the unique talents and backgrounds of our people that link to our company goals and employee value proposition.
• Support initiatives that inspire employees to become passionate brand ambassadors through compelling narratives.
Content strategy & editorial management
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure a continuous flow of fresh and engaging stories.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and execute a People & Culture engagement plan that speaks to the heart of our CCEP culture.
• Lead the content strategy for Life@CCEP and Redline, driving employee advocacy within People & Culture and enhancing our employer brand presence.
• Partner with People & Culture, Corporate Communications and Social Media team to align Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messaging across all channels.
Collaboration & stakeholder engagement
• Work closely to connect with frontline employees in our supply chain and commercial teams, to enable sharing workplace stories that display real-life experiences.
• Be part of exciting communications projects that drive our People & Culture communications strategy.
• Influence leaders and teams to engage internally and externally with our employee value messaging, supporting the development of engaging, relevant content, visuals, and messaging for leaders and teams to pick up and adapt onwards.
• Contribute to website updates and other digital platforms to bring our storytelling strategy to life.
About you:
You’re an initiative-taking, can-do person who’s passionate about telling an inspiring story of our journey to continually make CCEP a great place to work. You have a strong understanding of the impact this has on supporting our people, culture, and growth. You are a creative communications professional who brings fresh thinking and ideas, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to create engaging content for a wide range of media and channels. You understand how to influence and reach diverse and dispersed audiences across frontline working environments and countries, and you are equally savvy with internal communication and social media. You’re great at building strong internal networks, partnering with various stakeholder groups from leaders to network groups, and managing projects and campaigns to time and budget.
Skills and Experience:
• Content creation & copywriting: Create high-quality content for newsletters, videos, animations, presentations, and internal/external communication channels with creativity, professionalism, and brand alignment.
• Storytelling & campaigns: Develop, manage, and implement engaging People & Culture storytelling, content, and campaigns that support employee advocacy and our employer brand.
• Internal communication & social media: Experience in engaging diverse and dispersed audiences through effective communication strategies, employer branding and social media engagement.
• Project & budget management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within budget while balancing priorities effectively.
• Stakeholder engagement & relationship building: Strong ability to build partnerships across various teams, from leadership to frontline employees, to align messaging and enhance engagement.
• Measurement & evaluation: Track and assess communication projects' effectiveness using data-driven insights to improve engagement.
• Platform & digital expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Poppulo, Canva and social media platforms, staying current with best practices and innovations in digital communications.
• Languages: Fluency in English is needed. Other languages are a plus.
Experience:
• Communications experience with strong cross-sector/industry communications experience in a corporate, agency, or journalistic environment, managing both internal communication and social media.
• P&C/HR and business knowledge: Understanding of People & Culture/HR functions as well as business growth priorities and agendas, specifically employer brand, employee value proposition, and employee advocacy.
