The Opportunity
As an Inventory Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and smooth inventory operations . You’ll partner closely with planning teams, suppliers, and 3PLs to manage stock flow, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient warehouse operations.
This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll take ownership of inventory performance, while collaborating across multiple business units to drive improvements and maintain strong service levels.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Arndell Park.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system integrity
Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory issues
Collaborate with planning teams, suppliers, and 3PLs to ensure consistent stock availability
Analyse inventory data and trends to support decision-making and performance improvements
Support cycle counts, audits, and compliance requirements
Identify and implement process improvements across inventory and warehouse operations
Partner with stakeholders across supply chain to support operational efficiency
About You
You’re a confident and independent inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
In addition, you will be:
Have at least 5 years' experience in inventory control within FMCG, logistics, or warehouse environments
SAP knowledgeable (essential)
A strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical capability
Able to work autonomously while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Continuous improvement focused, always looking for better ways of working
