Neverfail Delivery Driver -Warrnambool, VIC

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid Sales & Customer Service + Delivery Driver position on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in Warrnambool, VIC.

As the face of Neverfail, you will have a sales growth mindset where you will find new customers and organically grow the territory across Warrnambool and surrounding regional areas. Your responsibilities will be split between finding new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service while building strong customer relationships.

This is a unique role that combines sales, customer service, relationship management and delivery operations. You'll spend each day looking for new business opportunities, delivering products to existing customers, ensuring product availability, resolving issues and helping customers get the most value from their Neverfail partnership.

Starting from our Warrnambool site each day, you'll collect your delivery vehicle and independently increase customer count, manage your route, current customer visits and delivery schedules.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility around start and finish times.

About the Role

  • Grow customer count organically
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales & Logisitics)
  • Safely deliver and replenish Neverfail products to customers across Warrnambool and surrounding regional areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Neverfail and customers, delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase product sales and service penetration.
  • Complete daily delivery schedules and planned customer visits.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues while providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Deliver against business growth, service and customer objectives.
  • Use systems and data to support operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Work autonomously to manage priorities, deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, transport and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in sales, customer service, delivery services, retail, hospitality, account management or any other customer-facing role.

You'll also bring:

  • A passion for sourcing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify sales and growth opportunities.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation and time management skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.
  • An MR or HR Licence, or willingness to obtain one with company support.
  • Confidence using technology, systems and data to support day-to-day activities.
