The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Vending Machine Stockist to support our expanding network of vending machines located throughout Tullamarine Airport.
This role is essential in ensuring our machines remain fully stocked, clean, and operating at their best, helping us deliver an excellent customer experience across all sites.
This is a permanent part‑time role (regular roster, 20 hours per week) dedicated to servicing our 300 vending machines at Tullamarine Airport.
We are open to offering either of the following schedules, based on your preference:
- 3 days per week × 6.75 hours, or
- 2 days per week × 10 hours
Workdays are flexible and may be scheduled across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We are happy to be flexible on this.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and complete routine cleaning for 300 vending machine at the airport
- Collect, verify, and deliver stock from the stock room
- Update machine systems with accurate stock levels and product information
- Complete basic operational checks and escalate technical issues as needed
- Provide professional on‑site support to customers and venue partners
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
- Physically capable of lifting our product cases for 6-10 hours per day and loading/unloading them of tugs (up to 18kg slabs)
- Experience in merchandising, delivery driving, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
- Professionally presented and confident representing the brand at customer sites
- Able to manage time effectively while meeting scheduled service requirements
