The role:

The Building & Maintenance Officer will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of Building, Utilities and Grounds, and diagnosing and fixing any faults.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Degree or Trade Qualifications in Engineering, Building Construction or Property management.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Building Maintenance and Property Management
• Experience in Food and Beverage Industry
• Good background in project works
• Experience in Working with Contractors and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of PNG Building Codes and Requirements.
• Adequate knowledge in site safety practices.
• Must be able to work odd hours if required.
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS applications
• Experience in MS Dynamics would be preferable.
• Should have current PNG Drivers License.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Have an Excellent Organizing Skill.
• Possess acceptable project knowledge and experience.
