Warehouse Professional (Team Leader) - Edmonton
Contract - Permanent
We are looking for a Warehouse Professional to join our Distribution team!
As a Warehouse Professional at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you’ll work to effectively manage operational processes, resource and colleagues within our Distribution operation. You’ll provide an excellent experience for all of our internal and external customers within agreed objectives and SLAs, and you’ll drive change through a continuous improvement culture. We’re looking for people that are passionate about leading people and you’ll be a role model for our core behaviours and be a true advocate for our culture!
Shift pattern: 4 shifts on 4 shifts off rotating day and night shifts. Your working hours will be 6am-6pm for 4 shifts, or 6pm-6am for 4 shifts.
Location: Our Distribution operation is located in Edmonton, London. It can be easily accessed via public transport, which is a just short walk away, and we also offer free car parking for anyone who wishes to drive to the site
What will you do as Warehouse Professional at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners?
- You’ll lead, support, motivate, train and develop the Distribution operational FLT colleagues in your team to ensure our Distribution operational objectives are met.
- You’ll accurately log colleague time and attendance, and you’ll ensure all colleagues absence is managed in line with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policy.
- You’ll make sure that delivery of all Health & Safety measures and housekeeping requirements are maintained, and you’ll ensure there is a safe and clean environment for all colleagues and visitors in the Distribution operational areas.
- You’ll review performance and quality for your area of responsibility and provide weekly cost reporting to the Senior Professional (Shift Manager).
- You’ll identify process improvements and support implementation through the use of operations excellence tools to ensure the Distribution operation is efficient and flexible to meet our customer demands.
- You’ll sometimes spend a portion of your working day alongside your team driving a counterbalance forklift truck.

- FLT counterbalance licence preferred however, training can be provided.
