CAREER EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field

Professional Experience:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in roles such as procurement operations, contract administration of legal support roles

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba Contracts Workspace, e-signature tools
  • Fluent in English

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Procurement Centre of Excellence, the Contract Management team is accountable for the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, providing governance, structure, and consistency across all contracting activities. The team acts as a trusted partner to Procurement category and sourcing teams, delivering contracting expertise, standards, and support to enable effective sourcing and supplier management.
The team oversees the contracting process from drafting through execution, coordinating timely approvals through close collaboration with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders, and ensuring effective contract signature and continuity. It manages and enables contract technology solutions, and maintains oversight of contract renewals, expiries, and terminations to mitigate risk and support uninterrupted business operations.

The Contract Management team also leads the management of contract‑related pricing updates and amendments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved commercial strategies and business requirements. In addition, it supports the effective operationalization of contracts, ensuring agreements are implemented in line with business objectives, risk frameworks, and delivery timelines.
Through this Centre of Excellence model, the team drives contracting best practices, process efficiency, and insight generation, allowing Procurement category teams to focus on value creation while ensuring contractual discipline and compliance across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the End to End contract process for Indirect categories in collaboration of the different set of stakeholders
  • Own contract creation and administration, including the setup and maintenance of contract workspaces, completion of questionnaires, management of documentation uploads, and follow‑up on approval workflows.
  • Manage contract‑related pricing updates and amendments, ensuring changes are accurately reflected in contractual documents and systems, and aligned with approved governance processes.
  • Coordinate contract extensions and renewals, including the review and identification of leverage opportunities during renewal cycles, working with Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to support informed negotiation strategies.
  • Monitor contract milestones and timelines, including tracking and issuing contract expiry notifications to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support and process contract terminations, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of contract technology solutions, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI‑enabled capabilities for contract review, data extraction, risk identification, and workflow optimization, in order to improve efficiency, insight, and decision‑making across the contract lifecycle.
