Analyst, Strategic Partners

Key Responsibilities 
Business Partnering: 
• Support alignment in value-sharing financials with Partners Finance teams as required. 
• Build a strong understanding and knowledge of strategic partnership contracts to 
provide meaningful, actionable, and timely insights to the business. 
• Support Brand Partner relationships to drive effective management of the profit share 
model, navigate funding agreements, as well as other contractual financial 
commitments agreed. 
• Act as a point of contact for resolving stakeholder enquiries and challenge assumptions 
built into forward financial planning. 
• Engage with stakeholders to agree on joint priorities, identify key deliverables, and 
determine what will not be done. 
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Excellence Teams to enhance commercial acumen 
and self-service capabilities in sales reporting and performance analysis 
• Maintain a suite of relevant and value adding reporting to channel to enable 
transparency of performance drivers, risks and opportunities. 
• Supporting Stakeholder adhoc commercial queries 
• Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders on annual long range plan 
cycle, annual budget, monthly financial forecast, weekly trading update and monthly 
performance results.  
Performance Management: 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by defining efficient and effective work 
practices and ensuring adherence to internal service level agreements. 
• Interpret, explain and drive performance in the business through analysis and 
commentary on monthly financials, Post Launch Reviews for New Product 
• Development and value-sharing arrangements, with a primary focus on variances 
against budgets and forecasts. 
• Recognize and solve complex performance hurdles through analysis and modelling. 
• Support activities and provide inputs for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing 
process (incl. review and follow-up of accruals, journals and balance sheet 
reconciliations) 

Analyst, Strategic Partners  
Analysis and Modelling: 
• Assist with the completion of ad hoc analysis and projects to support the Commercial 
team, Chief Financial Officer and other Senior Leadership members. 
Support and Improvement: 
• Continuously improve processes and tools that enhance and drive value through the 
Partners & Value process. 
• Continue the evaluation and improvement of procedures, identify areas of recurrent 
pressures, and replicate the best practices without putting any risk to customer service 
or revenue. 
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements as needed. 
• Seek opportunities for reporting standardization and simplification. 
Relationship Building: 
• Build credibility and relationships with business partners. 
Key Stakeholders (internal functional areas with examples and external) 
Internal: Chief Financial Officer, Strategy & Partners Finance Team, Portfolio Team, 
Commercial Excellence Team, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Business Unit 
Finance, PPM CoE, Shared Service Centre 
External: The Coca-Cola Company & Monster Energy Company Finance and Shared Service 
teams 
Experience required  
• 2+ years in financial analysis/reporting, preferably in 
shared services or a centre of expertise, with 
global/regional team exposure. 
• Experience in supporting financial reporting across 
time zones and markets, ensuring timely and 
accurate deliverables. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the 
ability to present complex financial concepts simply to 
build commercial awareness and understanding.  
• A track record in building and maintaining strong 
working relationships with key stakeholders including 
cross functionally  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, 
specifically Excel and PowerPoint 
• Competent in financial software/tools like 
SAP/Anaplan, with data extraction, consolidation, and 
reporting skills. Experience with global shared 
services tools is a plus. 
Languages & expert level 
English - advanced level (C1) 


Education & Qualifications required  
Essential: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 
Preferred: Post-qualification degree (ACA-CIMA/ACMA/ACCA/CPA) 
Advantageous: Advanced coursework/training in financial analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, 
financial modelling)
