The Opportunity
As a QSE Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the site’s Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Management System, ensuring compliance with internal frameworks, regulatory obligations, and Brand Partner requirements. Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will work closely with operational leaders and national stakeholders to support governance, audit readiness, systems integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Predominantly based onsite at our Moorabbin manufacturing facility, this role is highly collaborative and suited to someone who enjoys partnering with operational teams to strengthen compliance, drive process improvement, and support a strong quality and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously improve the site QSE Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and license to operate
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ABWI certifications
• Manage corrective action programs, including root cause analysis, action tracking, governance, and closure processes
• Maintain effective document control systems and support alignment to national procedures and frameworks
• Provide technical systems support and guidance across Quality, Safety, Environment, GMP, and operational compliance processes
• Analyse QSE data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support and maintain an “always audit-ready” approach across the site
• Ensure Brand Partner and TCCC KORE requirements are appropriately tracked, actioned, and maintained
• Support change management activities through communication, training, and systems implementation initiatives
• Partner closely with Supply Chain and operational stakeholders to strengthen system capability and compliance culture
About You
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative QSE or Systems professional who enjoys working within fast-paced operational environments and driving continuous improvement through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
In addition, you will be:
• Experienced within FMCG, manufacturing, beverage, or broader operational environments
• Knowledgeable in Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems and compliance frameworks
• Familiar with integrated management systems and audit processes such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ABWI
• Strong in data analysis, reporting, corrective action management, and root cause analysis
• Confident working across operational and technical stakeholder groups
• Organised, process-driven, and highly detail focused
• Comfortable supporting change management and systems improvement initiatives
• Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Safety, Environment, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline
