We're looking for a strategic leader who can turn AI ambition into business impact. Someone who can reimagine how we work, unlock productivity at scale, accelerate growth, and position Australia as one of the leading AI markets across our global network.
As Senior Manager, AI Strategy & Enablement, you'll set the vision, influence senior leaders, drive enterprise-wide adoption, and build the roadmap that embeds AI into the heart of our business. From commercial planning and decision-making to capability building and innovation, you'll help shape the future of work at CCEP.
This is a unique opportunity to establish Australia as an AI innovation hub, developing scalable solutions that can be adopted across the global CCEP system.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our head office in North Sydney.
What you'll own:
Set the AI Agenda
- Define and drive CCEP Australia's AI strategy and roadmap.
- Shape how AI supports our Long Range Plan and transformation priorities.
- Identify emerging opportunities and turn them into scalable business outcomes.
Deliver Commercial Impact
- Build and lead a portfolio of high-value AI initiatives.
- Develop compelling business cases and secure investment.
- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, growth, efficiency and decision quality.
Drive Enterprise Adoption
- Embed AI into everyday ways of working across the organisation.
- Build AI literacy, capability and confidence at every level.
- Lead change that sticks, creating lasting behavioural and cultural shifts.
Establish Australia as an AI Innovation Hub
- Pilot, test and scale innovative AI solutions.
- Create repeatable frameworks for experimentation and growth.
- Help position Australia as an incubator market for AI innovation across CCEP globally.
Lead Governance & Partnerships
- Ensure AI is deployed responsibly, ethically and securely.
- Build strong partnerships across Microsoft, technology providers, consultants and academia.
- Align business, technology and global stakeholders around a shared vision
About You
You're a commercially minded transformation leader who understands that successful AI programmes are powered by people, adoption and business value.
You'll bring:
- Experience leading AI, digital, data, analytics or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- A strong track record of linking technology investments to commercial outcomes.
- Experience building strategy, roadmaps and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
- Success identifying, prioritising and scaling high-value AI or automation opportunities.
- Strong governance, investment, benefits realisation and stakeholder management experience
- The ability to influence executive leaders and align diverse stakeholders behind change
- A mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and technology curiosity
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI and advanced analytics
- Qualifications in Change Management, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma.
