Analyst, Data Quality and Reporting (Sofia/Varna)

Job Purpose

  • Supports DQ & Reporting Mgr in ensuring People & Culture data is suitable for both internal and external purposes, including operational functions, identity management, decision-making, and planning. This is assessed based on data completeness, uniqueness, timeliness, validity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain People & Culture data management practices that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of generating valuable insights through reporting and support end-user data mining activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established standards.
  • Create and adjust standard self-service reports within the SuccessFactors system.
  • Prepare and publish detailed reports combining outputs from various sources of information (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, ADP, Kronos, ServiceNow, and E-days).
  • Perform extensive testing of dashboards and thoroughly evaluate their performance, providing comprehensive feedback on potential fixes, improvements, and any deviations from expected results.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Alteryx, VBA, and SQL to streamline data analysis processes, generate complex reports, and extract actionable insights from data sets. Ensure all reports are produced efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
  • Take a role in planning, managing, and executing data quality projects from inception to completion – being a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors and liaising with BPT/ PS.
  • Provide support for both ad-hoc and recurring initiatives, including the Compensation cycle, Internal and External Audits, and Engagement survey reporting.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge in performing portlet-based mass uploads, contributing to enhanced data accuracy and efficiency in data management processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base, documenting common issues and solutions to facilitate efficient ticket resolution.
  • Contribute to data migration efforts, transferring data from legacy systems to the SF system, as well as support role in new entity data integrations.
  • Supporting role for annual and recurring internal and external audit reports, checks, initiatives, and validation processes.
  • Supports WFI Insights, Cost controlling team, Data visualization, Workforce data teams on both recurring and ad-hoc analyses.

Experience required

  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and reporting.

Experience preferred

  • Knowledge of a common HRIS such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Working in a reporting function within Human resources, in a global company with varying local business rules.

Qualifications required

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Functional technical skills preferred

Strong knowledge of:

  • Data management using Excel and Power BI
  • Data warehousing and database maintenance
  • Data privacy/ GDPR key concepts
