As Procurement Manager for Cans & Metals, you’ll take ownership of one of our largest packaging categories – aluminium beverage can sheet – and lead strategies that optimize cost, quality, and security of supply. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Climate, Packaging & Carbon goals as we shape the future of beverage packaging.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead supplier negotiations and develop strategies to deliver optimal business results.
  • Manage supplier performance through SRM, RFIs/RFPs, and contract execution.
  • Drive cost savings and supply optimization initiatives.
  • Forecast and budget raw material pricing accurately, ensuring timely communication of variances.
  • Champion sustainability improvements across the supply base.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in procurement within an international organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex, high-volume contracts.
  • Experience in Cans & Metals category preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project and change management capabilities.
  • Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • English fluency required; additional CCEP language preferred.
