Voice of Customer Specialist

Our Commercial Excellence & Strategy team plays a critical role in delivering CCEP VoC programme, providing deep analysis, actionable insights, and compelling reporting from key customer touchpoints such as feedback and disruptions.

Your Impact 

Reporting to the Process Excellence Lead you'll be the "Voice of Customer" providing operational and analytical support within the Commercial Excellence and Strategy team. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote the VoC programme across stakeholder groups, acting as the primary champion for our VoC programme. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to integrate customer feedback into the design and enhancement of processes and initiatives.
