Commercial Degree Apprenticeship Programme
Role Location: England Based
What to expect:
If you have a passion for business and sales, our Commercial Degree Apprenticeship Programme at CCEP could be the perfect next step for you. Delivered in partnership with Leeds Trinity University, this programme combines academic learning with real-world experience. Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship and a Business-to-Business Management Degree.
Your Programme Journey
At CCEP, we believe the best commercial leaders are built through real experiences across every part of the business. That's why your journey will begin in Field Sales, where you'll spend your first year gaining invaluable hands-on experience with our customers, iconic brands, and commercial teams. This unique foundation will give you an understanding of how our products reach consumers and the role our customers play in our success.
Following your first year, you'll transition to our Head Office in Uxbridge, where you'll spend the remainder of the programme developing your expertise across key commercial functions, including Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy & Insights, and other business-critical teams. This combination of field-based and head office experience will provide a breadth of exposure that few early careers programmes can offer, preparing you for a successful future career within CCEP.
As a result, candidates should be comfortable with transitioning to an Uxbridge-based role from year two onwards and will need to relocate to be within a reasonable commuting distance of our Head Office, if not London and South-East based.
Assessment Centres will take place in January
This opportunity is open to talented individuals from across the UK, and we encourage applications from candidates who are excited by the prospect of building their career in one of the world's leading consumer goods businesses.
