Location: Moorabbin, VIC
Permanent, Full Time
Night Shift - 12 hour shifts, 6.00pm to 6.00am
 
 
️ Roster:
Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday, then Friday to Sunday
Week 2 - Work Wednesday and Thursday only! 
Working within the production lines area

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people focused Production Team Manager to join our Moorabbin site, leading a production team (approx. 12 direct reports) across night shift operations.
In this role, you will coach and develop your team, drive operational performance and ensure our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you enjoy leading, driving continuous improvement and making a real impact in a manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing


• Leading a production team to deliver consistent manufacturing output and quality
• Setting the standard for safety, wellbeing and compliance on shift
• Driving production line performance and continuous improvement outcomes
• Managing labour, capability and performance to meet operational targets
• Applying Lean principles and structured problem solving to improve efficiency
• Building positive working relationships across site and support functions

What We’re Looking For


• Experience leading teams (manufacturing/FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential)
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on engagement and development
• Proven ability to drive performance and productivity
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to safety, quality and high standards
