Business Partner - Supply Chain

ABOUT YOUR ROLE


The Customer Service & Supply Chain (CSSC) Business Partner is accountable for the delivery of all Business Process and Technology (BPT) services to the CCEP Australia Customer Service & Supply Chain Organisation irrespective of source of supply or responsibility for delivery of those services. You are the conduit between the business and BPT on all business process and technology matters within their functional area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Be immersed in the Customer Service & supply chain function and understanding & representing their needs at a BU and enterprise level.
  • Be immersed with central Customer Service & supply, data & analytics, and Operational Technology security programs.
  • Accountable to ensure that the right value and performance is delivered from BPT strategies, solutions and services into their functional area; partnering across BPT teams to ensure the smooth delivery of transnational and local projects & services
  • Serve as a permanent member of the Customer Service and Supply Chain Functional Management team to represent BPT and build understanding of BPT strategies, technologies and digital capabilities; acting as business process and technology advisor to Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Ensure provision of business process and technology expertise in all BPT activities including service; solution; strategy, security etc. for the Functional Leadership Team; providing and offering the BPT product portfolio to the business
  • Guide the Functional leadership team on the development of the annual technology plan and long-range five-year plan, preparing relevant business analysis/business cases and requirements documents as needed
  • Co-ordinate communications, information, and delivery central projects to country CSSC business partners across our Australia, Pacific and South-east Asia BU
  • Prioritise to manage conflict resolution for the BPT project portfolio in Customer Service & Supply Chain
  • Challenge Existing Business Practices and drive changes to technology enabled processes
  • Collaborate in a virtual network with other Functional Business Partners Global and Local for best practice and leveraging synergies
  • Champion existing Customer Service & supply chain solutions to drive maximum value from them


LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, written and verbal
  • Good commercial/business acumen and understanding of how technology enabled process change improves business performance
  • An understanding of Customer Service & Supply Chain business processes
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, communication & influencing skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment
  • Understanding of a project lifecycle
  • Influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge about IT trends, as well as technologies used in Supply Chain today (e.g. SAP)
  • Understanding of Operational Technology, IT security, IT Service Delivery.
  • Experience in SAP EWM and IBP
