Job Purpose 

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital and Data & Analytics Delivery Manager to join our Corporate Audit Services (CAS) team. This role is critical to delivering risk-targeted audit and advisory services including SOX that add measurable value to the organisation. As a manager, you will lead the design and execution of data analytics tests, drive automation initiatives, and champion digital efficiencies across audit processes and annual SOX Programme execution.

You will manage the delivery of advanced analytics and automation solutions that enhance audit quality and efficiency. This includes leveraging modern platforms such as Databricks, SQL, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate to transform traditional audit and SOX approaches into data-driven, continuous assurance models.

Key Responsibilities 

1.    Lead D&A test delivery: Own the end-to-end process for planning, designing, and executing data analytics tests for operational and financial audits incl. SOX, ensuring alignment with CAS’s digital strategy.

2.    Automation & Digital enablement: Develop and implement automated workflows using PowerAutomate and scripting in Databricks/SQL to streamline audit testing and reporting. Introduce continuous auditing techniques such as dashboards, tolerance settings, and alert triggers.

3.    Maintain and optimise CAS’ analytics ecosystem, including Databricks for scalable data processing and PowerBI for visualisation and insights.

4.    Interpret complex datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for audit stakeholders.

5.    Deliver training and guidance to auditors on analytics tools and techniques, fostering a culture of digital innovation within CAS.

6.    Ensure data integrity, compliance with audit standards, and robust documentation of analytics processes.

•    External Auditors, Co-source partners

Experience preferred 

•    Strong proficiency in data analytics and automation software, and data visualisation tools including Databricks, SQL, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate.

•    Experience in process automation and digital transformation within audit or risk functions.

•    Solid understanding of financial systems, risk management, and control frameworks.

•    Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate technical insights effectively.

•    Experience using audit and /or SOX lifecycle tooling (workflow, documentation, dashboards) preferred.

Qualifications required 

•    Degree in Accounting, Computer information systems, Technology, Risk management or related field

•    Professional certification ISACA (e.g. CISA (Certified Information System Security Audit) or equivalent) preferred
